We are focused on you our client, not on sales quotas. We sell sessions that fit into your busy schedule, not pricey memberships that barely get used. We understand that you are busy and you need your workout to be fast paced, energetic, and get the results you desire. Your goals are our goals and we want to reach them as much as you do.

We specialize in high intensity workouts designed to build muscle and burn fat. We create goal oriented workouts that are customized to your specific plan. No two workouts are the same. Our workout tools are kettlebells, medicine balls, strength bands, and body weight exercises. Workouts can consists of strength exercises, core exercises, plyometrics and endurance training in one session.

We travel to you. You don't travel to us. The workouts are held either in the your home or in an outdoor space, such as a park. We can utilize any equipment you already own, along with our own equipment.

During the sessions, we focus a lot of attention to your current diet and we design a plan to achieve your goals with a new nutrition plan. We know the importance of nutrition for achieving your fitness goals and will work closely with you to change your diet to align with your weight loss and fitness goals.

Brian Seelos personal trainer

Brian began his career as a personal trainer  in 2009, when he attended the National Personal Training Institute in Alpharetta, Ga. At NPTI, Brian spent six months in an intensive learning experience that helped him earn a diploma in Personal Training and a certificate in Nutrition Consulting.

After graduating from NPTI, Brian moved to Athens and began working as a personal trainer in Athens at Bodyplex. Since 2010, Brian has also worked as a personal trainer in Watkinsville at Tribe Fitness and as a coach at Crossfit Oconee. During this time he began training clients in his spare time, which eventually led to him starting Forge Fitness in 2011.

Since 2011, Brian has had the privilege to train some of Athens and Oconee's finest residents. He enjoys working with his clients to meet their fitness goals and looks forward to helping you reach your goals.

Brian grew up just outside of Atlanta. He enjoys playing sports and being active and healthy. He currently lives in Athens, Ga with his wife Ashley, their dog Bear and cat Boo. When Brian isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors as much as possible. He loves being a personal trainer in Athens, Ga and helping his clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals.
